So many times, I have tried to take a kabbalah and haven’t stuck with it.
This year, I am so grateful that a tool I taught in my goal setting group worked for me!
I taught about the paper clip method by James Clear where you use two cups to track your progress. One is empty and one is full of paper clips. You choose whatever it is you want to accomplish on a regular basis. Then as you do it, you move the paper clips from the full cup to the empty cup.
I used this tip recently and I gifted the women in my group with a teacup and some paper clips (pictured below). I challenged themselves and myself to reach their goal.
I loved hearing the ping of the clip as it hit the cup.
And when I counted the paper clips that filled my cup, I felt so good!
